Naturist Yoga in Birmingham, every Thursday morning. Beginners welcome. Minimum age 18. No upper age limit.
Naturist Yoga sessions are held at St Anne’s Church Hall, Moseley, B13 8DU most Thursday mornings during the year (11:00 to 12:30)
Beginners welcome. No upper age limit. No flexibility needed!
Bring a yoga/exercise mat, a towel and a bottle of water.
Cost: £10 - pay when attending
Parking is free and easy in the road outside.
Public transport is possible with a busy bus route at the end of the road.

SANER Region organise a fantastic weekend in the gateway to the Highlands over the May Bank Holiday. The Glenmorag Hotel in Dunoon are once again hosting this popular naked weekend for BN and INF members.
Arrivals from 3pm on Friday 4th May through to Monday morning , or extend your stay for a further three nights.
Weekend guests fortunate to be able to delay departure are welcome to spend Monday with us.
The Gathering is the only UK event giving the opportunity to stay for seven days (six nights) in a U. K. Hotel au naturel.
For BN members the weekend event costs just £139.00 per person with all food and entertainment included. Supplements apply for single occupancy and sea views. The majority of rooms are twin bedded and we ask people to share whenever possible as there are only 72 rooms.
An additional 3 nights costs just £110 pp! This is fantastic value and jeeps the cost the same as last year!
Although it is possible to remain naked for the whole weekend, include a stroll through Morag's Fairy Glen, you may like to join us at the Riverside Pool or our ramble through the Argyll Forest. Our boat trips through the Kyles of Bute are always well subscribed at just £10 pp. Or maybe you want to explore some of the most beautiful scenery Scotland has to offer. Travel to and from these events is the only necessity to dress.
Entertainment includes a Burns Supper (tartan bow tie, and ladies a tartan sash). This is followed by the traditional Ceilidh to Internationally renowned band Reely Jiggered, you can dance till you drop to our SANER Disco.
Rooms can be booked through Urquhart Travel for just £30 deposit p.p. and we urge you to do so now to avoid disappointment. Contact Head Office for room share service.

This event repeats every week for 10 occurrences
10 week blocks of naked yoga classes for absolute beginners & improvers led by experienced teacher Penny Chivas. There's a charge of £25 (£15 student & U26) for each series. Start dates are 15/4/18 & 14/10/18. Bring your own mat & yoga block.
Membership of Glasgow Continental skinny swim (£5/£3 per year) and normal pool admission (£10/£7) is required to join the yoga classes as these are held in the upstairs Reading Room during swim session times.
