Circuits style exercise class, using mainly body weight exercises.
Team games and partner work will be incorporated, as well as own individual 'best effort'. Sessions will be adapted to suit all levels of fitness and will be fun and varied. The focus is on encouraging interaction within the class as well as delivering a challenging and achievable, full body workout.
Please bring a sweat towel and a bottle of water. Mats are provided.
This is an outdoor Nude-ercise venue, with indoor provision if there is rain.

Photographic ID will be required.
Non-members entrance fee required for this venue, although the session itself costs only £5 - less than other venues!
You will have the opportunity to relax for a time in this beautiful club before and after the session, if you wish.
All participants will complete a health and fitness questionnaire prior to participation. Paperwork can be sent in advance to save time on the day.

A peaceful, imaginative and fun protest against oil dependency and car culture. A celebration of the bicycle and also a celebration of the power and individuality of the human body. A symbol of the vulnerability of the cyclist in traffic. The world's biggest naked protest: 50+ cities and thousands of riders participate worldwide, including around 3,000 in the UK each year.
In 2018, rides take place across the UK between 1 June and 21 July, and we expect several thousand riders. Sign-up on the WNBR main page (www.worldnakedbikeride.org/) and select the UK Clacton event where all the directions to the event are available.

Once again there will be a visit to the Burrows Gardens in 2018.
The cost will be the same as last year, i.e. BN/INF members £7-50, Non members £10-00.
Located just off the main Ashbourne to Derby road (A52), on the Derby side of Brailsford, the gardens are approached via a tree lined avenue, at the end of which is parking on hard standing - any overflow vehicles can park on the paddock.
Tea and Coffee will be available, as well as delicious home baked cakes.
Advance tickets are now on sale in the BN shop

Our evening visit to the gardens, which are near Handcross in West Sussex RH17 6HQ, is on Saturday 21st July. The gardens will be open for the evening from 5.15 – 8.30pm. Admission at the entrance is £8, and children under 14 are free. Please note the gardens are unable to accept debit or credit cards.
The visit is not just for B.N members, so you can tell your naturist friends about it. This is not a clothes optional event, and visitors are expect to be naked if the weather is suitable.
You are welcome to bring your own food and drink along. There is a picnic area with tables, and a small covered area nearby. We also have the privilege of being allowed to take picnics into the gardens on the strict understanding that no litter or food left behind. Please note that the cafe will be closed.
Only guide or assistance dogs are allowed in the gardens, and please be aware that some paths are steep and maybe slippery after rain.

Naked Southampton and BN's London South East Region (LASER) have arranged a Skinny Dip at the Oaklands Swimming Pool at Southampton, from 6.30 - 8.00 pm on Saturday 21st July. The pool's flume will be operating.
The cost is £5 at the door. Under 18's, who must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, can come in for £1, and so can full time students showing a Students Union Card. The event is open to all, but please remember to bring a photo ID, such as your driving license, BN membership card, or other suitable i.d.
Please note that the postcode for the pool is SO16 8LX. Some people have found that their Sat Navs do not recognize this, however the pool is in Cromaty Road, and that is, apparently does work.

Naturist swims are on the 1st and 3rd Saturday every month: 7.30pm-10.20pm.
South Forest Leisure Centre offers everybody a warm welcome to attend fortnightly naturist swimming sessions at Edwinstowe’s premier leisure facility.
This is an open invitation, regardless of age or ability, to swim naturally in your local indoor complex with pool and flume, children’s pool, sauna, jacuzzi.
There is a pool side cafe, they do chips, cobs (chip butty) and hot/ cold drinks and biscuits. After the swim you can dress and take the time to relax in our luxurious bar, whilst socialising with your local community.
All visitors should be aware that this is a naturist event and swimwear is not required, nor acceptable during these periods. We make exceptions to this for ladies when necessary and bikini bottoms are allowed at such times. Children can wear swimming costumes.
It is recommended that you bring two towels – one to sit on and one to dry with, soap, hair brush and shampoo.
Lockers have been installed and require a £1:00 coin. You will get the £1:00 back.
Prices £6:50 each adult - under 18's are FREE!
