An exciting opportunity to attend a Naked Yoga Level 2 Course in Covent Garden North London with Annette from Naked Yoga London.
The Level 2 Course, is generally suitable for people who have completed the Foundation Course, or have a fairly good experience of the Dynamic Yoga Method as taught by Godfrey Devereux, or substantial experience of another good yoga practice and meditation. If in doubt that the course may not be suitable for you, just send me an email and ask.
Annette is a renowned teacher and her classes are taught in the Dynamic Yoga Method. This practice comes from a point of non-duality, embracing the whole, both spiritual and the sensual. It is based on sensitivity, honesty and openness to what is actually happening, respecting and responding to the body's innate intelligence.
