    EXTENDED TO 3 DAYS
A new member-led BN event supported by the SANER region
    Discover the Highlands....
Loch Ossian is in the highlands located between Fort William and Dalwhinnie and provides the perfect location for a weekend of Naturist walking.
Not only that we have booked the Loch Ossian Youth Hostel (SYHA) for exclusive naturist use too.
There are 20 beds at the hostel split into two dorms. It is self catered but there are plans for a meal at a local restaurant on the Saturday night.
The location is well suited for walking and wild swimming, but is also a great place just to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. BN Member Jon, and keen walker, will be leading a couple of walks over the weekend.
Price includes two nights in the youth hostel - food will be additional.
    Getting there...
The venue isn’t accessible by car, but is less than one mile flat walk from Corrour station - it’s also possible to cycle or walk in (although this would take some time)

    19 August 2019 18:15      19:45

This event repeats every week on Monday until 30/12/19

The session is a 90 minutes Vinyasa yoga class at £25 per person and will be held every Monday in a studio located at only 5 minutes walking distance from Clapham North Underground Station from 6:15 to 7:45pm the full address will be given upon booking.
To book your spot email me at namaste@doriayoga.com Is a mixed-gender class though no specific gender balance, either way, can be guaranteed, nor is aimed for.
All level of practitioners are welcome from complete beginners to more experienced, you will work at your own pace, following the teacher's verbal as well as hands-on guidance. Asana (postures) options will be provided for beginners, intermediate and advanced students.
Yoga mats will be arranged in a horseshoe or circular pattern around the teacher so that each person faces the teacher but is not looking directly at other people – and nobody is behind you.
Please bring your mat, if you don't have a mat you can borrow one at the venue but a towel needs to be placed on top for protection.
If you find that you sweat a lot please bring 2 towels as the mat can't be left wet after use, for any reason, and the studio is particularly warm during the practice.
?? If you are looking to buy a very light foldable mat that you can easily put in your bag or backpack, please find below a very good option in different colours and styles. https://amzn.to/2S5ceHt ?? Instead, if you prefer a standard mat, I highly recommend this https://amzn.to/2AqZzIa     The venue will be comfortably heated, I suggest to bring a bottle of water to the class.
A shower downstairs is available for use after class. Please bring your own towel.
You must be over 18 years of age to attend any mixed-gender class.
Photography, staring and all physical contacts are strictly prohibited (except that your instructor may assist you into, out of, or to improve a posture), please let your teacher know if you don't want to be adjusted at the beginning of the class.
