The 7th January is the first naked yoga session of 2020, 7-8.30pm in Stoke Newington. Come and practise a dynamic flow with yin elements and meditation.
Class is £17 for a 90 minute class, or you can buy 5 classes for £70. Booking is essential: to reserve your spot, transfer payment to caroline.knight06@gmail.com (select friends and family) and I will email you through class location and details.
I also offer one to one yoga classes and massage therapy for pain and injury relief (or simply relaxation). Ask me about gift vouchers if you're looking for an original gift idea for yourself or a loved one.
