    DAY

    Sun 30 Aug 2020

A South Wales beach day as part of the Great British Skinny Dip.   Meet up at the Kenfig National Nature Reserve Car Park by 10.30 am on Sunday morning. Thence to wander gently down to beach at social distances for a spaced out beach day. Bring whatever nibbles, beach games , water, and sunlotions / spray as you please.   Weather forecast not too shabby: https://www.bbc.co.uk/weather/2645825 Feel free to come along later if suits better and find us. And also to leave whenever suits. Naturist end is - as ever - a little way along beach toward steel works end. See description and map here: https://www.walkingclub.org.uk/nudist-beach/Kenfig-Burrows-South-Wales.html   Or just keep going until you spot a group of nefarious Nudie Dudies who have forgotten their kit, yet again...

    Update 29/08/2020 11:52:  Weather not looking brilliant, Temp 14 - 18 (minus 3 feel like temp). Wind N 14 - 21 mph.  Check latest at  https://www.metoffice.gov.uk/weather/forecast/gcn85t1v7#?date=2020-08-30
    Update 18/08/2020:
Sadly, for various reasons this year’s regular August Bank Holiday SW BN Beach Day will not go ahead in the usual format.  However, why not take the opportunity to get together with fellow members for a member lead informal meet up.  Suggested meeting place, near to the central Fire Break 6 path on the Knoll Beach side, this is roughly midway on the naturist beach, from around 10am.  Display your BN orange/blue towels or any other BN merchandise you may as a guide for others.
Take your own picnic/refreshments as the usual SW BN gazebo & tea-coffee facility will not be available.  Remember your sun protection and to "Social Distance" to/from the beach and whilst on the beach.
Like many beaches since the easing of lock-down, traffic in the Studland area can be very heavy & car parks busy when the weather is good. On occasions the ferry may need to stop running for short periods at a time to assist traffic/car park flows. In other words, arrive early and time your departure.
Previous evening is Splashdown in Poole, at time of posting this event is still going ahead but check HERE for latest news.

    Sun 30 Aug 2020 10:00      13:30

Please Note This Is NOT a NAT RAM Event !    I Am NOT The Event Organiser   Naturist Walk on Sunday 30th August starting at 11am at Canwell, near Sutton Coldfield. This is a walk we have done a few times now (we had 16 naked walkers last time). The walk is a very easy 4.7 miles loop in a quiet area and just a few small gradients. (Anyone wishing to extend the walk to approx. 7.5 miles can do the loop part again if they wish). If you haven’t tried a naturist walk before then why not come along, stay clothed and see how you feel as you go. As usual the walk is clothes optional so nobody is forced or pressured into undressing. We normally stop for a rest about half way round so bring a snack with you for a bit of sustenance. There are no pubs walkable near the start, but anyone wanting a drink afterwards there is a suitable pub (Plough & Harrow B75 5PF) just 3 mins drive. I know its the Bank Holiday, but that may give a few who don’t normally have the free time, a chance to join us. If the weather turns out to be wet, we can still do the walk clothed. (Currently the weather predicted is dry and favourable) Meet outside “Burton Caravan Centre” (Canwell Caravans), London Road, B75 5ST about 10:45 for an 11am start. There is plenty of parking on an area directly opposite the caravan centre.
