    Synchronised Skinny-Dipping!
Announcing a new initiative for the Great British Skinny Dip
    Let’s dive right in..
As part of the BN/BHF Alliance we are pleased to announce a synchronised skinny dip on Saturday 17th July at 2pm.
We’re encouraging as many people as possible to take part in this huge fundraising event – you can dip alone, in a group or at an organised event. Any kind of participation is welcome.
Maybe you could encourage your local Naturist Swim venue or club to organise something? Or set up your own dip at your local beach or pool? If safe enough, consider rivers and lakes. You could even go skinny dipping in your garden paddling pool!
2021 is the British Heart Foundation’s 60th birthday, so maybe we could all aim to raise £60 plus for BN’s Charity of the Year. We already have a ‘Just Giving’ page for online donations. So it’s easy to donate.
The Great British Skinny-Dip will take place (subject to the pandemic…) across the whole of July and August 2021 and we’re hoping to see the calendar full of great events. It’s a great opportunity to show your non-Naturist friends what they are missing!
For more info, to offer help or suggest a venue, please contact:-
    ron.ohare@bn.org.uk

    Sat 17 Jul 2021

Beach day at Morfa Dyffryn in the Snowdonia National Park, North Wales. Possibly the finest Naturist used beach in the country.
This an all day event. There is a skinny dip at 2pm which is synchronised with other event similar event around the country, arranged in conjunction with the British Heart Foundation.
Bring a picnic lunch and plenty to drink, towel, sun cream, a mat and consider a wind break.
Its an opportunity to meet like minded people; chat, sunbathe, swim or dip.
As it on a Saturday its easier for those who wish to stay over and camp as a group, or stay in a B&B. Benar Beach Campsite has a Naturist Section. (Hook Ups and showers are in the main textile section)
As always with these events its recommended that you check the weather forecast before setting off, especially if its a long drive away from where you live..
For those who use the What3words app, then   indicates.dressings.faster   puts you on the Naturist section of the beach.

    Please check here for updates.
Today is BN’s British Heart Foundation Synchronised Skinny Dip at 2pm so we ask that all those attending this beach day make a donation to British Heart Foundation via BN’s Just Giving Page - Unfortunately due to ongoing National Trust restrictions linked to the Covid-19 situation during the coming summer a fully supportive fundraising event at Studland is not possible.
All are welcome. Bring a picnic including liquid refreshments and enjoy a day on this fantastic beach. Please note: Teas, Coffees will not be provided as in previous years.
Look out for the BN banners/flags on the Knoll beach side of the central path/fire break 6 from Ferry road.
Café & toilet facilities can be found at Knoll and Shell beach car parks. National Trust members can park free in the NT beach car parks – Current NT membership card will be required.
The Wilts & Dorset, Bournemouth to Swanage bus, Breezer 50, bypasses the ferry queues and stops at Shell Bay, Firebreak 6 and Knoll Beach.  Timetable HERE.
Using the car ferry? The toll booths accept both card and cash payments.
Dogs also welcome but must be on a short lead (under 2m) May – September inclusive. Cattle graze on the heathland to the rear of the beach so please be alert to this and put dogs on a lead in these areas. Go to Dynamic Dunescape at Studland for more information.
With the heightened fire risk in the area, Studland is now a “No BBQ or Open Fire” zone.
Bring a friend or family along and introduce them to naturism & BN!
    Approx: 10:30 – 15:30 subject to weather.
Do not forget your sun protection!!!

Join us on the fabulous St Annes beach just south of Blackpool.
Directions for Beach Day, from 11am.
To find the location, from the end of the M55, follow the signs for the airport. Pass the airport and when you get to the end of the road turn left. (Clifton Dr North). After about half a mile, you'll see a large red brick building on your right. (New Thursby Care Home, FY8 2RN). Do a U turn here and park just the Blackpool side of this on the main road. Walk back towards St. Anne's and go round the metal gates down to the beach and turn left. Walk for 240M, according to Google Earth. We meet in front of the dunes. For the exact location on the beach, use the co-ordinates...53.764244, - 3.049532.  Alternatively, if you use the What3Words App, look for woes.model.names This will take you to the exact spot.
Don't forget your picnic, a windbreak if you have one, and of course your sun block. The sun is pretty fierce on the Fylde Coast Riviera.

    Sat 17 Jul 2021 11:00      16:00

BN members from East Sussex Naturists are organising a skinny dip on the Sussex Coast. We meet on the beach at ///apricot.duplicity.tides (use What3words.com to find).
There are steps to the beach by the Cooden Level Crossing (you can key this into Google Maps). At the top turn right and walk 200 metres until you see the river outflow. We will be close by. Recommended to bring a windbreak. No facilities, no lifeguards on the beach which is traditionally used by naturists so please bring all you need including a hat or sun umbrella and water. Nearest facilities are at the Cooden Beach Hotel about 1 mile away close to Cooden Beach railway station. There are no shops at Cooden beach, but there is a small Tesco in Little Common close to the A259 roundabout.
Best approach is from Little Common turning off South at the Little Common roundabout on the A259 and taking Cooden Sea Road. Turn left immediately after Cooden Beach station onto Herbrand Walk. The lane after the level crossing is narrow and you cannot U turn until you reach the Star Inn.
There is no parking at Normans Bay, Pevensey BN24 6PX
High tide is around 5 p.m. We may be able to arrange Qi Gong around noon.
Afterwards we may go for a meal.
