    Naturist London is a group of volunteers whose aim is to promote drop-in, inclusive naturist events in London with administrative support from BN. The regular Sunday Swim is our signature event and extremely popular. It is just like going to an ordinary public swimming pool except that costumes are banished. Unlike many traditional naturist venues, there is no booking, no membership and no commitment. You are welcome to just turn up whether or not you consider yourself a committed naturist.
    Approximately once a month, BN member Emma James comes along to help with the swim and coordinate a pre-swim meet up for ladies. She also plans to organise, less frequently, an extended social programme around the swim to make a "day out in London" for those who have to travel some distance.     Cost
    Adults £10 each or £15 for two - pay cash on the poolside (vouchers available to pay two ticket rate and come on two separate occasions).
    Students £2 - with current student ID.
    Under 18s - free - Must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

    Every Monday at 8pm, I teach a 90-minute Yin Naked Yoga Class. This class is only available when I’m not running one of my other special courses (see previous classes). 
    Yin Yoga is a stilling practice, in which poses are held for longer – typically from 3 to 5 minutes. It has several effects. 
    It is also particularly adapted for beginners, even though everyone is welcome. 
    First, since you don’t have to worry about changing your postures frequently, this is extremely efficient in helping you unwind and relax. Once you are in the right posture, the only remaining thing to do is to let go! So enjoyable and highly needed, both for your body and your mind. 
    Then, it allows a nice stretch. Holding the poses for longer helps to gain access to deeper connective tissues. Your body is supported throughout with yoga props, to make it as comfortable as possible and to prevent from overstretching. 
    The setting of this course is very welcoming and many students of mine have found it easier to try Naked Yoga there for the first time.
