This is a fabulous event. There's relaxing jacuzzies, a wave machine, lots of rides for children and adults, a play area for smaller children with smaller rides, and plenty of good company. Rides include flumes, tyre ride along the rapids and curvy slides. Just come, its great. There's even chips and burgers etc on the pool side.

This time I'm going to get all the way across those 'hang tough' type rings. Fell off last time, so unfinished business says I've got to come.

Anyone needing a free ride from Derby or along the A50 between Derby and Stoke Waterworld and of course back, please send me a message. I don't mind going a few miles out of my way. I've got 4 spare seats. No fuel contribution is required.

Bye and bye, if you're on a tight budget, parking and locker fees are around a fiver (bit less I think). Lockers are big enough for at least 2 sets of clothes.

Also, if you need reading glasses, have them handy as you have to enter your reg into the parking machine and the digits on the keypad are tiny. Don't make a mistake, you get an extra parking charge.

Hope to see you all there.
