Naked Yoga course designed to set your intentions for the new year.
This is a 4-part, passive practice, reawakeningandrealignment journey, to build a new routine and find the physical energy and mental space to focus on the new goals you've set for yourself. It will work on passive poses, breathing exercises (pranayama) and meditation. Yin Yoga involves variations of seated and supine poses typically held for 5 minutes, accessing deeper layers of fascia. Practicing in the nude in a safe and welcoming environment will give you a deep sense of freedom and acceptance that you never experienced before.
