Naked yoga with our lady instructor in the Wellington Centre in Wellington Square run by the East Sussex Naturists (see the facebook page). Contact naturistswim@gmx.com.
You will be able to book direct with the centre via their website soon. Cost is £8-00 per session payable in advance by bank transfer. Please email for details. We are quite full so please do not turn up on spec as there is unlikely to be room for you. Additional classes may be started if there is sufficient interest and could be in the evening or on a Saturday.
