Are you ready for a feel good laughter workout?

Laughter yoga is a modern exercise involving prolonged voluntary laughter. This type of yoga is based on the belief that voluntary laughter provides similar physiological and psychological benefits as spontaneous laughter. It is done in groups, with eye contact and lots of playfulness between participants.

Eva is a BN Member and has done Laughter Yoga sessions at NKD Festival in the past - they are great fun and ultimately are about fun and positivity. Each session is around half an hour and includes a little bit of movement, light exercise and plenty of laughs.
