Our next Naturist Yoga Class is being held on Saturday 18th September at 4.30pm for an hour and a half in Maitri Studio 4 The Mount Belfast BT5 4NA
Cost is £10 and you will need a yoga mat and towel or wrap for the cooling down section.
We will have a coffee and a chat in Tim Hortons, Connswater afterwards if you can make it
The class is limited to 12 as Covid restrictions are still in place so reserve your place by replying as soon as possible.
