This event repeats every week on Sunday until 19/04/19

Naturist London is a group of volunteers whose aim is to promote drop-in, inclusive naturist events in London with administrative support from BN. The regular Sunday Swim is our signature event and extremely popular. It is just like going to an ordinary public swimming pool except that costumes are banished. Unlike many traditional naturist venues, there is no booking, no membership and no commitment. You are welcome to just turn up whether or not you consider yourself a committed naturist.
Approximately once a month, BN member Emma James comes along to help with the swim and coordinate a pre-swim meet up for ladies. She also plans to organise, less frequently, an extended social programme around the swim to make a "day out in London" for those who have to travel some distance. You can contact Emma and get more details by following this link to the Naturist London Ladies Zone.
We look forward to seeing you at Naturist London. Further details can be found here.
Location
University of London Student Central, Malet St, Bloomsbury, WC1E 7HY

On your first visit, the Arlington Baths Club will ask you to complete a health declaration which will be retained by them.
Do I need to be naked?
There is an expectation that you will be nude when swimming. You can wear a towel in the other facilities, but again most people don’t.
Will there be other women there?
Yes! Many women attend the swim, either on their own or with friends or family. Just come along - you will receive a warm welcome.
What is the etiquette?
Shower before entering the pool and after using the hot rooms / sauna.
Towels are provided for drying and sitting/lying on.
To preserve others' privacy, phones and photography are not allowed.
Tea, coffee, hot chocolate & biscuits, Sunday newspapers and information about naturist events and holidays are available in the upstairs lounge (complimentary, but donations always welcome.) Members meet there for a blether and to catch up on the latest news.
The building is locked at 9.30pm, so please aim to leave by 9.15pm.
I like Glasgow Continental, how can I start coming regularly?
Next time you come, bring your ID and one passport-style photograph 15 minutes before the swim starts and you can apply for the Glasgow Continental Card. The card runs April to March and costs £5 per year for adults over 25, £2 for 18-25, and full-time students over 18 (proof of age/student status required).
FT students & U26 may gain entry to the swim for £7 each time for the first two months of their membership.

An exciting opportunity to attend a Naked Yoga Level 2 Course in Clapham North London with Annette from Naked Yoga London.
The Level 2 Course, is generally suitable for people who have completed the Foundation Course, or have a fairly good experience of the Dynamic Yoga Method as taught by Godfrey Devereux, or substantial experience of another good yoga practice and meditation. If in doubt that the course may not be suitable for you, just send me an email and ask.

Annette is a renowned teacher and her classes are taught in the Dynamic Yoga Method. This practice comes from a point of non-duality, embracing the whole, both spiritual and the sensual. It is based on sensitivity, honesty and openness to what is actually happening, respecting and responding to the body's innate intelligence.

The swim is every Thursday, 7:45-8:45pm, and costs £5.
The cost includes the use of a shared sauna and steam room; but bring shorts for those. You’ll also need a (refundable) £1 coin or trolley token for the lockers.
The address is Arcadia Library & Leisure Centre, Yew Tree Avenue, Manchester, M19 3PH. There's free parking at the back, with cycle racks and local bus stops at the front, and Levenshulme train station a three minute walk away with frequent, direct services to Manchester Piccadilly. The group meets inside the leisure centre, just beyond reception, against the blue wall near the computers. A group member will welcome you there and take payment.
The pool we use has its own changing cubicles, lockers, showers and toilets, and includes facilities for wheelchair users. Full length blinds protect our privacy from the neighbouring pool for the duration of our swim. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed; in the pool you can swim or chat as much or as little as you like. There's an optional visit to the nearby pub The Bluebell for a pint afterwards. Numbers vary, but average 15-20 guys each week; the maximum allowed is 30. The swim is advertised on various sites and groups online, so don’t worry if there are low numbers attending from this listing.
This swim was established in 2006, and is one of the UK’s few remaining male only naturist swim events. Men from not just Manchester, but all over the UK and even around the world have swam with us; and all men are welcome to attend. For any queries, please contact me on here or email David at buckley_dp@yahoo.com.

Once again Morecambe Bay Naturist Club will welcome prospective members to Silverglades, free of charge, on the second Saturday of the month from March to October 2019 [N:B the March event will be on the THIRD Saturday 16/03/19]. Just let us know you are coming via our  Contact Page    or  send an email to the Secretary enquiries@mbnc.org.uk
Silverglades is our idyllic site, close to the beautiful village of Silverdale about 10 miles north of Lancaster and close to Morecambe Bay. It is an ideal place to lie in the sun, or maybe walk along our woodland trails. There are ten acres of natural woodland, the largest clearing beside the clubhouse is partly set aside as a wild flower meadow but the main lawn may be used for socialising, picnics or barbecue. Or you can relax in one of the secluded  smaller clearings, where you may not see another person.  If you want to stay longer, we can accept tents and medium sized caravans or campers (due to mild access restrictions), but cannot provide electrical hookups or piped water/waste.
A full year at Silverglades (from Apr to Mar) for a couple/family costs only £70 plus a one-off Joining Fee of £16, or £55 + £10 for singles, so it is great value!
Of course, you don 't have to wait until 2019 to visit, you can join before March 2019 for 50% of the full annual fee
Hope to see you some of you at Silverglades!

Naked Southampton and BN's London South East Region (LASER) have arranged a Skinny Dip at the Oaklands Swimming Pool at Southampton, from 6.30 - 8.00 pm on Saturday 16th March.
The cost is £5 at the door. Under 18's, who must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, can come in for £1, and so can full time students showing a Students Union Card. The event is open to all, but please remember to bring a photo ID, such as your driving license, BN membership card, or other suitable i.d.
Please note that the postcode for the pool is SO16 8LX. Some people have found that their Sat Navs do not recognize this, however the pool is in Cromaty Road, and that is, apparently does work.

Swims now take place in Sheffield  at King Edward's Swimming Pool, Sheffield.
The pool address is :-
King Edward's Swimming Pool,
Clarkehouse Road
Sheffield
S10 2LB

For details of the pool please see their website ( http://kesp.co.uk/ )  It is an unusual pool, being 30m long with two shallow ends, somewhat deeper in the middle but still easy to stand. Our impression is that the pool is warmer than Chapeltown.
There is some street parking, free on Sundays. Outside of school hours we can also park for free in the school staff car park adjacent . There are two entrances:  I'd suggest the Glossop Road entrance is the one to use, but there is also an entrance on Newbould Lane which means a longer walk.
For those arriving by public transport the pool is very close to the Royal Hallamshire Hospital and is served by the 120 bus, the closest tram  stop is the University of Sheffield.
If you are hungry/thirsty there is a Wetherspoon's ( The Francis Newton ) virtually opposite.

For any queries, please contact me on here.
Unacceptable behaviour will not be tolerated.

Please join us on one of our year-round, monthly nude walks in East Sussex and Kent. They are about six miles long and we stroll rather than march. Much research goes into planning a suitable route in order to minimise the likelihood of meeting other walkers. When we do we smile and say hello. Walks are followed by tea and cake at a nearby location. Further information may be obtained from keithpalmer17@yahoo.com

Kiss and Tell - Rodin in Ipswich
FULLY BOOKED
Eastern Region has arranged a private viewing of a special art event at the beautiful Christchurch Mansion in the centre of Ipswich in Suffolk.
Saturday 23rd March 2019 17:00 to 19:00
This winter, join us in Ipswich for what will be East Anglia's once in a lifetime exhibition. Discover the tale behind the lovers in Auguste Rodin's life-size marble sculptureThe Kiss and the work of literature that inspired it. This monumental artwork, on loan from the Tate, is a significant piece in the history of sculpture.
Several of Rodin's sculptures on loan from the Tate and East Anglian museums and galleries will be displayed in this major exhibition, including portrait sculptures of French novelist Honoré de Balzac and two more of Rodin's sculptures inspired by movement and dance.
Discover depictions of the body in its natural state and in movement, through sculptures and life drawings from the Ipswich collection, including works by Pre-Raphaelite sculptor Thomas Woolner, Ellen Mary Rope, Maggi Hambling and Elisabeth Frink.
https://cimuseums.org.uk/event/kiss-and-tell-rodin-and-suffolk-sculpture/

The Kiss as seen on our exploratory visit in January, and the frontage of Christchurch Mansion.
We have a 2-hour slot on a Saturday afternoon which will include a talk from the museum's art expert Emma Roodhouse, time to browse the exhibits and refreshments. The event will be naturist throughout.
The event will cost £5 per person for members (£6.65 for non-members) to cover the cost of the hire and refreshments. You can book your tickets here.
Please bear in mind that we will be going in via the Bolton Lane entrance, not the main gate in Soane Street. There is a small car park by that entrance and several others close by.  It will be light when we arrive but getting dark when we leave so it might be worthwhile to have a torch or phone with a light as the grounds are not lit. You will need the usual towel and a bag to store clothing.
The main display rooms have security CCTV.
