  • Naturist Holidays

The sunshine holiday is often the highlight of the naturist year - and there are hundreds of places around the world to stay. There really is something for everyone - resorts range from the most luxury hotel accommodation, with top-notch facilities and acres of landscaped grounds, right down to the most basic campsite.

There are holiday villages with shops, pools, restaurants and bars, entertainments and activities and a choice of accommodation types; cruising and sailing holidays; apartment complexes; self catering cottages; camping and caravanning sites; B&Bs; and Naturist clubs with facilities for the holidaymaker. Many are situated in superb locations, not only beautiful to look at, quiet and secluded, but also only a stone's throw from tourist attractions.

In addition many of the naturist clubs around the UK welcome guests with a wide variety of facilities. Check out our UK Places To Go section for further details.

    BN Members' Holidays

Group holidays for BN members have now become an established part of our events' programme and are going from strength to strength. They’ve become a valuable part of what many members get from their subscription and a brilliant way to meet like-minded people – a recent holiday to Spain attracted almost 60 people! There’s been a great mix of single men and women, and couples and the communal dinners, trips and other activities have made the holidays even better. Add to that the group discounts we have obtained from the resorts and you have no excuse not to come along! Find out more.

  • The Waterhouse

    Guest

The Waterhouse is a unique naturist self -catering, small holiday centre in beautiful “Bonnie Galloway” set in stunning rural South West Scotland. It is just 3 miles from breath-taking coastal walks and beaches, many secluded and suitable for naturist dips. The artists town and fishing port of Kirkcudbright is an 8 minute drive away on possibly the quietest roads in Britain.

The Waterhouse consists of 2 self-catering, self- build eco lodges, set in an acre of very special gardens. Located in beautiful rural Galloway on a farm, The Waterhouse is a tranquil, romantic and secluded naturist friendly hideaway. All the gardens can be enjoyed naturist, as can an evening drink or buffet on the owner’s suntrap patio. It is a stunning environment for special occasions like honeymoons and birthdays or simply “just being” and getting back to nature. It is a place to gently unwind, listen to the breeze over gentle water, and watch swans, geese and red kites, or dark winter skies overhead, while luxuriating in the hot-tub. A private space to explore the beauty, natural wonders, excellent restaurants and rich artistic heritage of this tranquil, low populated corner of Scotland.

    Owners Story-

The Waterhouse is an oak pole house located in retired teachers and owners Martin and Sharon’s garden, but separate and private if preferred. It is self-designed and constructed with help from skilled craftsmen and friends. The Waterhouse and The Boathouse are beautifully furnished for comfort, warmth and cosiness.

Meeting and caring for visitors is an important part of the owners   philosophy and outlook. Greeting customers on arrival, helping to point guests in the direction of their interests, occasional garden or hot-tub chats, evening meals and fond farewells afford some valuable opportunities to share experiences.

“Our main thinking was how good it would be to create a paradise garden for wildlife and to invite others to experience and enjoy the beautiful space as naked as nature intended. We wanted to build as wonderful a house and gardens as we could and share them with lots of interesting people”

-To provide a tranquil sanctuary/refuge for weary travellers.

    -To breathe, relax, unwind.

-To bathe naked under the stars

-To get away from phones, internet and TV.

    -To simply be.

-and perhaps enjoy a glass or 2 of wine or Prosecco!!

The Waterhouse is for naturists who do not want crowds, just themselves or a few friends, and sleeps up to 3 adults and 1 child, or 2 adults and 2 children

The Boathouse sleeps 2 adults and can ONLY be rented as extra space with The Waterhouse.

The Waterhouse prices start from £320 (winter for 4 night break) up to

£520 (mid Summer) for 3 day weekend or 4 day weekday break.

Weeks range from £535 to £830
