Tuesday morning's Chair Yoga is a gentle and calm class run by Georgia who has adapted traditional yoga so that those who need to sit on a chair or stand holding a chair are able to participate. The exercise includes stretching and yoga positions with controlled breathing, so that at the end of the session you will feel completely energised.
