As Part of the weekend of naturist fun and activities around Morecambe Bay, The North and West Naturist Outreach Group are hosting a clothing optional beach day and skinny dip in association with MIND Lancashire. As well as an opportunity to enjoy the beach naturist style, the event is being organized to raise awareness of mental health and wellbeing, and the benefits that the naturist ethos, freedom and lifestyle can bring, alongside the promotion of positive image and increased self-esteem.
Join us anytime between 11:00 and 4:00, or just come along for the sponsored skinny dip which is scheduled to take place at 2:00. Other activities during the day will include Tai Chi, mindfulness and beach boules.
The location is Half Moon Bay, Heysham, Morecambe, Lancs. LA3 2QH. Follow signs for the Port of Heysham, then Half Moon Bay Café. We are using the north end of the beach, to about 200 yards from the Café What3words location crunch.chest.twin
