The second Naked Heart Walk of the summer at Court Farm Lakes, in Lydney in Gloucestershire, is on Friday 15th August 2025 from 4pm to 7pm. Good news from Shaftesbury Lido for the 2025 summer season. The plan is to have weekly swims every Tuesday evening once the season begins. In 2023 the Lido had a Naked Swim once a month; in 2024 it increased to two sessions a month and in 2025, following many requests from our naturist swimmers, it will be a weekly session. I caught up with Howard Dymock recently and he told me all about the recent joint walk with the South Western Outdoor Club (SWOC) during July. “Sixteen hardy walkers joined the walk which fortuitously turned out to be a rare fine day, perfect for naturist waking, dry with a warm breeze and sunny intervals”.
