An exciting opportunity to attend a Naked Yoga Level 2 Course in Covent Garden North London with Annette from Naked Yoga London.
The Level 2 Course, is generally suitable for people who have completed the Foundation Course, or have a fairly good experience of the Dynamic Yoga Method as taught by Godfrey Devereux, or substantial experience of another good yoga practice and meditation. If in doubt that the course may not be suitable for you, just send me an email and ask.

Annette is a renowned teacher and her classes are taught in the Dynamic Yoga Method. This practice comes from a point of non-duality, embracing the whole, both spiritual and the sensual. The swim is every Thursday, 7:45-8:45pm, and costs £5.
The cost includes the use of a shared sauna and steam room; but bring shorts to use them, as those facilities are shared with other users of the leisure centre. You’ll also need a (refundable) £1 coin or trolley token for the lockers.
The address is Arcadia Library & Leisure Centre, Yew Tree Avenue, Manchester, M19 3PH. There's free parking at the back, with cycle racks and local bus stops at the front, and Levenshulme train station a three minute walk away with frequent, direct services to Manchester Piccadilly. The group meets inside the leisure centre, just beyond reception, against the blue wall near the computers. A group member will welcome you there and take payment.
The pool we use has its own changing cubicles, lockers, showers and toilets, and includes facilities for wheelchair users. Full length blinds protect our privacy from the neighbouring pool for the duration of our swim. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed; in the pool you can swim or chat as much or as little as you like. There's an optional visit to the nearby pub The Bluebell for a pint afterwards.
Numbers vary, but average 15-20 guys each week; the maximum allowed is 30. The swim is advertised on various sites and groups online, so don’t worry if there are low numbers attending from this listing. This swim was established in 2006, and is one of the UK’s few remaining male only naturist swim events. Men from not just Manchester, but all over the UK and even around the world have swam with us; and all men are welcome to attend. For any queries, please contact me on here.
For any queries, please email swiminfo@manchestermalenakedswim.co.uk or search @mcrmalenkdswim on Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter.

Join us for a 7 mile freehiking event starting at/returning to Great Missenden, including part of the Chiltern Hills.  Friday 5 July 2019, 12.30noon to 4.30pm.
Start/Finish point is accessible by train to Great Missenden Station on the Chiltern Line (London Marylebone to Aylesbury Vale Parkway via Amersham) with pre-arranged pick up from the station to the start.
The walk is mainly through open country with some woodland, along mostly flat terrain with some slight to moderate hills, starting in the village of Great Missenden in the Misbourne Valley in the Chiltern Hills in Buckinghamshire.  We expect the majority of the walk to be clothes-free, although it will be appropriate to cover up as we walk through hamlets and cross main roads.
The event is being organised by Milton Keynes Naturist Meet and Greet Group in association with British Naturism Eastern Region.  It is open to members of these groups, including all members of British Naturism.  When booking, please state whether you are a member of one or more of these groups.

We are a friendly Club who meet up every weekend to swim and socialise. Our membership is comprised of families, couples and singles, and we welcome all genuine naturists who wish to visit.

We meet every Saturday evening at the Northgate Arena in the city of Chester, 7.15pm until 8.45pm in the pool. The Club has excellent facilities and ample FREE parking.
We have excellent facilities with the main leisure pool, water slide, and also the sauna and steam room located at the side of the pool.

The pool is ideal for children and non-swimmers as it has a beach end, which allows you to paddle up to a depth that you are comfortable with, right up to the diving end of the pool at just over 3 metres deep. The pool is also ideal for disabled people.
The sauna and steam room are next to the pool. There are also tables and chairs by the poolside which provide an ideal place for a chat with friends.

Lane swimming across the width of the pool is popular with some of our 'serious swimmer' members. The 70m flume is a popular feature of the Northgate pool. The deep end of the pool goes to a depth of 3 metres.
Please book in advance via the Wirralnats website

Nudefest is back!
Nudefest 2019 sponsored by Bare Necessities Travel will again be held at Thorney Lakes Caravan and Camping Park, Muchelney, Langport, Somerset (TA10 0DW) from Tuesday 9th July until Monday 15th July. The large rural site will be completely clothes free from 1700hrs on the Monday which gives early birds time to strip off and catch up with friends prior to the official opening at 1500hrs on Tuesday. Between these times the South West Region's Nudefest Team will be setting up plus organising a press and media morning so facilities may be limited, but we will do our best to ensure we are up and running as soon as possible.
Planning for Nudefest 2019 is well under way. Marquees, toilets, tables and chairs are booked. The Firewalking which should have taken place in 2018 will happen in 2019. The 5/10K run is scheduled for the Saturday again. As @nigel.pinkstone said in another thread "One thing we have booked is a VR firm with two consoles for the Saturday, this is a virtual reality game (you wear googles and it gives you the impression of it being real) and we have a couple of nasty games planned, think spiders crawling over you or walking the Plank from the top of a sky scraper........ " The bare bones of a plan are in place and these will be fleshed out over the coming months.
International visitors are particularly welcome at Nudefest and INF-FNI card holders receive discounted rates. Bristol International airport is a short journey away with bus connections to the nearby village of Curry Rivel via Taunton. The South West Region's Nudefest Team will then, if notified in advance, arrange collection from Curry Rivel.

The Nudefest camp site at Thorney Lakes consists of two main camping areas Orchard (previously Village, right of entrance) and Greenfield (previously Quiet, left of entrance). At the far end is Willow Field, a huge area of open space (was called the Rally field, with a large toilet trailer) and the place if you wish to pitch with friends. British Naturism will be hiring in extra luxury toilets and showers (yes, even more than 2018 - including toilets for the Willow Field which can be used when the generators are turned off) to complement the existing ones and we will work hard to create a festival feeling with a huge main marquee (even bigger than in 2018) plus several smaller ones clustered around this to form an L-shaped sheltered sun trap, with craft, massage, catering and shops areas. Everyone is encouraged to sit and chat here creating a friendly village like atmosphere to encourage the community spirit and helping people, perhaps new to naturism, relax and make friends.
The main marquee will house a well stocked bar selling locally produced ales, cider and lager manned by Tim and his friendly professional team of helpers.  Attached to this will be a smaller quieter 'lounge' area with free daily papers. Further along will be the catering marquee providing meals throughout the day. The 'pop-up stage' which saw its first outing in 2018 will be renamed 'The Garden Stage' and will be available for acoustic entertainers, show and tell, workshops, stories etc. (come prepared to share your talents with us and sign up for a slot on the appropriate sign-up sheet in the Information Tent). The Information, First Aid, Shop and Craft Tents all make a welcome return, as does the Quiet Tent situated at the opposite corner of the main Events Field. Sports equipment will be available as will a range of board games.
Nudefest 2018 is the biggest naturist festival in the country and Official Opening is from 1500hrs on Tuesday with a free cream tea and live music, giving everyone a chance to say hello to one another. The programme will be worked upon in the next few months but will roughly consist of runs, walks, craft sessions, yoga, painting, fishing contest, 5k/10k run, live music, outside visits, traditional discos along with the famous silent disco, clay pigeon shooting, archery, quizzes, fire walking and a host of other activities all designed to keep people entertained from 0830 till late in the evening. Last year we had over 85 different sessions.
To help people get the most out of the week we suggest a few items people may wish to bring along, a plate and cutlery to cut down on waste if using the catering facility, pedal cycle to get around on  - the site is huge, fishing equipment for the fishing contest, a local beer for the Mi Beer sessions, any musical instrument you may wish to play, if you have a hobby or interest you could use the Garden Stage to showcase your talent or interest or perhaps you would just want to bring along the kettle and a deck chair..…
The entrance fee includes all the on site entertainment which costs £1,000’s - with the exception of the fire walking which we will be asking for a financial contribution towards and outside excursions (massage and beauty treatments will also be available on site - payment direct to the providers, please).
Electric - we suggest that people consider sharing electric points with friends but the main two camping fields Orchard and Greenfield are for people staying the whole week with Willow Field, available to take any number of people and short term stays, but is limited to 48 daytime electric points (daytime electric is switched on and off when the main marquee generator is switched on and off). An electric point for charging mobiles and the like will be available in the Information Tent for those without access to electric.
Where possible we will site people together with friends (please let us know who you would like to be sited near in the Comments box on the Booking Form).
Embryo programme:
To this will be added a liberal sprinkling of Mi Beer sessions, Craft, more exercise options, games, discos (including the silent version), (probably) photography workshop(s) and as many other activities as we can squeeze into a week! See also Nigel's photos in the Nudefest 2019 thread here: https://www.bn.org.uk/forums/topic/19328-nudefest-2019/

Monday 8th: Clothes off at 5pm. Probably story-telling and songs around a campfire. Limited bar. Tuesday 9th: Morning - meet the press (or avoid the area near the Main Marquee if you prefer not to); Afternoon - themed welcome party (yet to be decided), maybe a craft session. Official Opening. Evening - Entertainment in Main Marquee (not yet booked) and full bar. Wednesday 10th: Morning - Run around the site, yoga, Meet & Greet (free Tea!). Afternoon - Sniper School, Clay Pigeon shooting, visit to a Steam Railway. Evening entertainment in the Main Marquee (not yet booked). Thursday 11th: Morning - Run around site, yoga, visit to the Cider Brandy Farm. Evening - Entertainment in the Main Marquee (we're thinking along the lines of The Wurzels but younger - to be confirmed) and (weather permitting!) Firewalking. Friday 12th: Morning - Run around the site, yoga. Evening Entertainment will be (it's booked!) Queen II (click here for promotional video) and disco. Saturday 13th: Morning - Run around site, yoga, 5/10K Run (open to all, including Day Visitors). Afternoon - Clay Pigeon shooting. Early Evening swim at the Street pool. Evening Entertainment - Diamondogz glam rock covers band (see here for video) possibly with another act prior to this and disco after. Sunday 14th: Morning - Run around the site, yoga, (probably non-denominational worship). Afternoon - Morris Dancers, Dog Show, (possibly) Pub Games challenge. Evening - Prize Giving & Closing Address, Entertainment (band yet to be booked). Monday 15th: Pack up and go home [Tuesday - Wednesday we recommend you catch up on some sleep!]

Once again Morecambe Bay Naturist Club will welcome prospective members to Silverglades, free of charge, on the second Saturday of the month from March to October 2019. Just let us know you are coming via our  Contact Page    or  send an email to the Secretary enquiries@mbnc.org.uk
Silverglades is our idyllic site, close to the beautiful village of Silverdale about 10 miles north of Lancaster and close to Morecambe Bay. It is an ideal place to lie in the sun, or maybe walk along our woodland trails. There are ten acres of natural woodland, the largest clearing beside the clubhouse is partly set aside as a wild flower meadow but the main lawn may be used for socialising, picnics or barbecue. Or you can relax in one of the secluded  smaller clearings, where you may not see another person.  If you want to stay longer, we can accept tents and medium sized caravans or campers (due to mild access restrictions), but cannot provide electrical hookups or piped water/waste.
A full year at Silverglades (from Apr to Mar) for a couple/family costs only £70 plus a one-off Joining Fee of £16, or £55 + £10 for singles, so it is great value!
Of course, you don 't have to wait until 2019 to visit, you can join before March 2019 for 50% of the full annual fee
Hope to see you some of you at Silverglades!

The annual visit to Houghton Lodge Gardens, SO20 6LQ.  The gardens are all open to Naturists for the evening, as is the cafe. With manicured lawns, a walled garden, alpacas and walks along the beatiful river Test (and more) this is an Idyll in the Hampshire Countryside. You don't have to be a BN member, so bring a friend (or two) and have a great evening. Just pay £7.50 in the cafe on the way in and undress in the Orangery, it's as easy as that.

We are once again honoured to be able to wander the magnificent gardens at Houghton Lodge and take tea and cake in their fine cafe - all nude of course. There is a small charge of £7.50 per person and everyone is welcome.
Full details of Houghton Lodge can be found here https://houghtonlodge.co.uk/
Simply turn up after 5:15PM and pay your entry fee in the cafe. Undress in the Orangery and enjoy!

Please not that photographic ID will be required (drivers license or passport) or use your BN membership card.
We will hopefully be doing a group photo and therefore participants will need to sign the MRF. All other photos taken should NOT include any person unless they specifically state it is OK.

Naked Shropshire and the North West Region of British Naturism have arranged an evening visit to the gardens, which are near Market Drayton in Shropshire,TF9 4EU on Thursday 18th July from 18.00 – 20.30hrs. The visit is not just for B.N members, so you can tell your naturist friends about it. Please note that this is not a clothes optional event, and visitors are expected to be naked if the weather is suitable. Admission at the entrance is £8.50, and £2 for children 5 – 17 years. As we will be collecting the money on the evening please remember to bring cash, as we cannot handle debit or credit cards.
There is a cafe in the gardens, but it closes at 17.00hrs. However this year tea and coffee will be available in the pavilion, as no extra cost. You are welcome to bring your own food and drink along, there are picnic areas, and the tables and chairs outside the cafe can be used after it closes.
Also this time the top toilets by the cafe will be open for the evening, as well as those by the bottom car park.
Please park in the top car park. If that become full we will then start using the lower car park. Once the event starts you can undress at your car.
Dogs are allowed in the gardens (not the cafe), but please remember to clear up after them.
For any further information in respect of the visit please contact John Rodgers either by pm, or email  northwestwrep@bn.org.uk . The gardens website

Unacceptable behaviour will not be tolerated.

Swims now take place in Sheffield  at King Edward's Swimming Pool, Sheffield.
The pool address is :-
King Edward's Swimming Pool,
Clarkehouse Road
Sheffield
S10 2LB

For details of the pool please see their website ( http://kesp.co.uk/ )  It is an unusual pool, being 30m long with two shallow ends, somewhat deeper in the middle but still easy to stand. Our impression is that the pool is warmer than Chapeltown.
There is some street parking, free on Sundays. Outside of school hours we can also park for free in the school staff car park adjacent . There are two entrances:  I'd suggest the Glossop Road entrance is the one to use, but there is also an entrance on Newbould Lane which means a longer walk.
For those arriving by public transport the pool is very close to the Royal Hallamshire Hospital and is served by the 120 bus, the closest tram  stop is the University of Sheffield.
If you are hungry/thirsty there is a Wetherspoon's ( The Francis Newton ) virtually opposite.
For location see Google Maps - the pool is near the centre:-
https://goo.gl/maps/G5FibCReNcB2
The swims will normally take place on the third Sunday of the month, from 1530 to 17.00. Cost will be £5 ( BN/INF, cards to be shown ) or £7 otherwise. The pool does not have lockers and swimmers are advised to bring a bag for their clothes/possessions and to take them poolside as the secure cloakroom will not  be staffed.
This swim will  be taking part in the 2019 GBSD
For further details please contact Andrew Calow ( andrewcalow@hotmail.com, 0114 2215579 ).

Price includes two nights in the youth hostel - food will be additional.
Getting there...
The venue isn’t accessible by car, but is less than one mile flat walk from Corrour station - it’s also possible to cycle or walk in (although this would take some time)
