For our swims, we use a private-hire pool near Attleborough, which also has a hot tub and sauna. Swim times vary depending on the week of the month. For the 1st and 3rd Fridays of the month they are from 2 – 4 pm. On all other Fridays, they are from 8 – 10 pm.

Club Naturel is hosting a Ladies-Only, Clothes-Optional swim from 8 pm - 10 pm on 1st Friday of the Month. We use a private-hire pool near Attleborough, which also has a hot tub and sauna. The cost is £7 per person, payable on the day. There are 20 places available and there is some parking at the pool or nearby. More details about the pool and its facilities can be found on our website.

Who are we?
We are a very friendly, group of people. We welcome both first timers and seasoned naturists to come and join us at our Friday night swim to enjoy 'The WNSC Friday Feel Good Factor'!

Every Friday evening from 8.45pm to 10:00pm (except Bank Holidays).
Entry fees: Members £5.00, Children £1.00, Infants free.

Free parking is available in the car park to the rear of the leisure centre. You will need to display a ticket. Tickets are available free from the machine.

Walking distance from Watford Town Centre and Watford Junction Train Station (1/2 mile).
1 hour from Northampton, Dartford, Weybridge, Oxford and Reading.

Join us for an 8 mile naturist walk starting at/returning to Great Missenden, Buckinghamshire, through the Misbourne Valley and parts of the Chiltern Hills. Friday 9th August 2024, 12.30pm to 5.00pm.
Start/Finish point is accessible by train to Great Missenden Station on the Chiltern Line (London Marylebone to Aylesbury Vale Parkway via Amersham) with pre-arranged pick up from the station to the start subject to Covid status at the time.
The walk is mainly through open country and common land with some woodland, along mostly flat terrain with some slight to moderate hills. The circular route follows a network of public footpaths, starting near the village of Great Missenden, in the Misbourne Valley and the Chiltern Hills.
The event is being organised by British Naturism Eastern Region in association with the Milton Keynes Naturist Meet and Greet Group. It is open to all members of British Naturism and other naturist (walking) groups; anyone new to naturism or to naturist walking is welcome too. When booking, please state whether you are a member of BN or other naturist groups.

Peterborough Lido Naturist Swim
Eastern Region has had very enjoyable visits at the Lido since 2019 and are pleased to announce that we have booked Peterborough Lido again for 2 naturist swims in 2024. This is a wonderful example of a 1930s Lido with 3 heated pools.
We have the pool from 19:00 until 21:00.
The price remains as last year, £12 for BN members and £14 for others. Entry is by ticket only, and tickets are available from the BN shop here:

Corton Beach is located just north of Lowesloft on the Suffolk Coast. Click on the picture above to see the venue.
We have met there before and it was such a pleasant day that naturists are going back for another informal meet up.
Sandy beach, and there's a cafe at the car park with toilets for customers. Dogs are allowed (please clean up afterwards).
Free Car Park at ///upwards.encoding.tuck. At the east corner (///iteration.into.vessel) is a path crossing over the road and down to the beach. Slope onto the beach is steep, more of an issue when coming back. At the beach turn left to find the naturist part.
Bring you own food and drinks, and chair. It can be a bit blustery so a windbreak can help.
Pete and Dawn will be there from Club Naturel.

The Thetford area walk will take place generally in the forest area and will be about 8 miles in length although short cuts will be possible for those wishing to undertake a shorter walk. As we have done in previous years, Rosslyn Glamping is opening for a clothing optional week. Situated in North Norfolk we are a woodland glamping site; three shepherds huts and one boat. We also have areas for motorhomes, campervans, caravans or tents. Toilet/shower block. Heated outdoor swimming pool and sunny lawn for sun bathing. We now have a room with fridge/freezer, washing up facilities and wet weather use. Evening camp fires, social events/trips out organised by visitors.

Join us for a 8.5 mile naturist walk event starting at/returning to Harlington, Bedfordshire, on Friday 6th September 2024, 12.30 to 5.00pm.
Starting at the village of Harlington, we proceed on local footpaths towards Sundon Park and Sharpenhoe Clappers before returning to the flatter area around Harlington. The walk is mainly through open country, along mostly flat terrain with some moderate hills as we approach Sundon Park.
Harlington has a mainline station serviced by Thamelink and the station is only a short walk from the start point.
The event is being organised by British Naturism Eastern Region in association with the Milton Keynes Naturist Meet and Greet Group. The Northampton Sun Group was formed 42 years ago in 1982.
We have access to Two Swimming Pools, use of a Sauna, a Steam-Room, a Plunge Pool and Turkish Hot Rooms. The Doors are open from 17:00 until 18:00 for entry.
Membership and Visiting is open to all, male or female, singles or couples, all are equally welcome. If you have not been along to a meeting before you can just turn up on the night. Please bring along Photo ID and Proof of Address on your first visit. Or if you are a BN Member please bring along your Current BN Membership card.
There is no requirement to contact us in advance of your visit, however, if you do have any queries you can get in contact via the website or email us.
Currently the Entry Fee is £10 each. It is FREE for U18s, but they MUST be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
There is plenty of Parking in the Victoria Street Car Park, opposite The Mounts. N.B. It is only FREE for the first 2 hours, so if attending a full swim you will need to pay £2.20 before leaving the car park! It’s about a 1 minute walk from the car park to The Mounts. The Postcode for the Car Park is – NN1 3NR.
There is also Free Disabled Parking in front of The Mounts. A Blue Disabled Badge will need to be exhibited in your windscreen. There is also a ramp into the building for Wheelchair Access.
Free Tea, Coffee and Biscuits (Donations Welcome) will be available during the evening in the Meeting Room. Please bring your own mug or cup to help us cut down on paper cup usage. You are also welcome to bring your own snack or drink if you wish. If you wish to use a locker in the Changing Rooms please bring your own padlock. That’s all!

We are pleased to announce that the Eastern Region Autumn Conference is to be held at the newly opened Sunfolk, nr St.Albans in Herfordshire. The ideal location for our conference.
The details, agenda, cost and how to book are still a work a progress but the date is fixed so make a note in your diary. If you’ve not been to one of these conferences before it gives you a real insight into how BN works at a local level – fascinating and we are so grateful to the volunteers who make it happen. The conference itself is structured but informal with plenty of opportunity to network, make new friends and learn about all that goes on around the region.
Being held at Sunfolk means you will get to look around this wonderfully refurbished naturist site that is owned and operated by British Naturism, a topic of conversation in its own right.

The Northampton Sun Group was formed 42 years ago in 1982.
We have access to Two Swimming Pools, use of a Sauna, a Steam-Room, a Plunge Pool and Turkish Hot Rooms. The Doors are open at 17:00 till 18:00 for entry.
Membership and Visiting is open to all, male or female, singles or couples, all are equally welcome. If you have not been along to a meeting before you can just turn up on the night. Please bring along Photo ID and Proof of Address on your first visit. Or if you are a BN Member please bring along your Current BN Membership card.
There is no requirement to contact us in advance of your visit, however, if you do have any queries you can get in contact via the website or email us.
Currently the Entry Fee is £10 each. It is FREE for U18s, but they MUST be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
There is plenty of Parking in the Victoria Street Car Park, opposite The Mounts. N.B. It is only FREE for the first 2 hours, so if attending a full swim you will need to pay £2.20 before leaving the car park! It’s about a 1 minute walk from the car park to The Mounts. The Postcode for the Car Park is – NN1 3NR.
There is also Free Disabled Parking in front of The Mounts. A Blue Disabled Badge will need to be exhibited in your windscreen. There is also a ramp into the building for Wheelchair Access.
Free Tea, Coffee and Biscuits (Donations Welcome) will be available during the evening in the Meeting Room. Please bring your own mug or cup to help us cut down on paper cup usage. You are also welcome to bring your own snack or drink if you wish. If you wish to use a locker in the changing rooms please bring your own padlock. That’s all!

Club Naturel is hosting a Ladies-Only, Clothes-Optional swim from 8 pm - 10 pm on 1st Friday of the Month. We use a private-hire pool near Attleborough, which also has a hot tub and sauna.
