Fuerteventura – the sunniest island in the Canaries and the perfect Naturist destination! Gran Hotel Natura, located on the beach at Corralejo, is an ideal destination for Naturists who want comfort, relaxation and good service. It only opened in 2013 but has quickly become one of the most popular holiday destinations. With 56 self-catering apartments, many of them having a wonderful view of the sea, it is the largest Naturist resort in the Canaries. Nude-ercise exercise class.
Circuits style exercise class, using mainly body weight exercises.
Team games and partner work will be incorporated, as well as own individual 'best effort'. Sessions will be adapted to suit all levels of fitness and will be fun and varied. The focus is on encouraging interaction within the class as well as delivering a challenging and achievable, full body workout.
Please bring a sweat towel and a bottle of water. Mats are provided.
This is a nudist activity, although women may choose to wear a sports bra for comfort.
£8 per person
Attendance is by pre-registration only, as spaces are limited.

All participants will complete a health and fitness questionnaire prior to participation.

Swim and Sauna at Mildenhall Swimming Pool which is about 20 minutes north east of Cambridge. Swims are usually followed by take-aways to a nearby members home. Please see the website http://mildenhall.naturism.org.uk for details including admission requirements.
