The second of two fitness breaks scheduled for the year hosted at British Naturism: Sunfolk, near St Albans.
Summer Fitness Weekend – 30th & 31st July
Join Georgia (Naked Yoga), Jooles (GroovX Fitness) and Roy (Group Fitness) for a weekend of focussed fitness, wellbeing, and meditation.
The two-day live fitness events cost only £99 per person and include a pitch. You can extend your stay to either 3 or 4 nights for an additional £19. You are also welcome to stay in a local hotel or travel in for the days.
The weekends features great community spirit, nights round the campfire plus plenty of time to relax and enjoy the pool and sauna.

Event : Naturist Yoga
When: fortnightly, Saturdays 10:00-14:00

Price: £10 per session

Need: Yoga Mat
New Yoga Class in Consett. Leanne is able to teach classes of 10, fortnightly on Saturday mornings at 10am until 1pm. It will cost £10 for 75 minute session. Payable in advance monthly. You will need to be able to provide your own yoga mat ( Aldi/ Home Bargains have them from £5 currently). This is a trial for the next to 2 months, more sessions could be added if demand.
We are assured that there is plenty of free parking around the studio and local car parks.
Leanne also offers Swedish Massage, Aromatherapy Massage, Reiki and Reflexology privately.

Enjoy a private naturist trip out round the Farne Islands from Seahouses Harbour. See the seals and lots of sea birds but be warned don't look up with mouth open these birds always are on look out for a target. Passenger Numbers are limited so book early.

As we are affiliated with British Naturism we prefer everyone who attends our events to be members of British Naturism, There are many benefits to membership which include access to many swims and clubs, access to the BN website and forums where friendship and advice about all things naturist in this country and abroad can be found, Please consider joining BN however if you’re not a BN member please contact us as we welcome all genuine naturists and of course those who are new to naturism.

Notification from the club : since the April 30th session
“We can now accept new attendees. If you have already contacted us during the Covid pandemic and have been waiting to join us you will be given 1st priority so if you would still like to attend a swim please contact us as soon as possible . We are now able to lift the restrictions on children and we are now a family swim once again.”

A regular swim plus sauna and steam room at Bury St Edmunds Leisure Centre run by Mildenhall Naturist Swimming Club. Please contact the club if you would like to attend. BN members and guests very welcome. Full details at the club website.
