REARRANGED FROM 19TH JULY
Were all to meet up at kenfig nature reserve car park at 10am and then walk down together, Doing some research and I have found the following instructions to get there
By car:
Leave the M4 motorway at junction 37 (Pyle) or junction 38 (Margam). Follow the signs for Cynffig Nature Reserve where there is ample parking. From the nature reserve make your way on foot down to the beach ( the sea is visible from the car park) but it is a walk of 1.5 miles through the sand hills.
Upon reaching the track that divides the beach from the sand hills, turn right and walk for about ten minutes toward the steel works in Port Talbot - this is to ensure that you reach the quietest part of the beach - (if you reach the river you have gone too far). This is reputedly known as 'Morfa', while the beach to the left of the access is called 'Sker'. Further south-eastward toward Porthcawl lie Pink Bay, Rest Bay and then Porthcawl/Trecco. Choosing a spot just below the dunes will mean you can avoid the in-coming tide and any horse riders, fishermen or joggers who use the beach.
As its a fair walk to the beach please bring proper foot ware to avoid any injuries
There are no facilities there so you may also want to take sandwiches or something like that if you get hungry
Parking tariff is below;
PARKING TARIFF
£1 - 90 MINUTES
£2 - 3 HOURS
£4 - ALL DAY
£6 FOR HORSE BOXES
£80 BETWEEN 10PM - 6PM
Please use one of our 3 parking meters dotted around the reserve or use scan the QR code on EXIT
Alternatively, you can pay with a member of staff during office hours (9am-4pm)
If anyone has any more information or has been there before even better at least we wont get lost :)
Please RSVP so we know how many will be coming as we will only wait 15 minutes after 10 until we start walking down
Please note this is weather providing so if the weather is not great then we will have to re-arrange another day

G&T is a quirky bar in Macclesfield that has recently been purchased by Neil and his friend Millie, Neil being one of 4 naturists that cycled 1,000 miles naked from Land's End to John O'Groats in 2022. Millie runs the day-to-day and staffs the bar, and whilst she prefers to be dressed, we're both excited to try and make this a regular safe space for naturists. Although primarily a cocktail, gin and wine bar; we also have plenty of bottled and canned beers available and we are looking into the possibility of installing lines for draft beer. Discussions are also in place with local take-aways to provide food opportunities for the evening.
