On Friday afternoon Georgia gives you an hour long session of Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga,  a combination of Asanas (yoga postures) and Pranyama (breathing exercises), which help to bring balance and peace to the body and mind. In Vinyasa, the Asanas synchronise to the breath.  You flow through yoga postures, warming the body and allowing you minds to reconnect to your body
