Their newsletter - Focus - is published every two months and provides an update as to what’s going on in the INF and beyond.
The April edition of Focus reports on several exciting upcoming international events. From 1-4 May, Columbia will host a 4-day naturist festival in Cartagena. Closer to home, from 27 July to 7 August, naturists from all over Europe will gather for the Naturist Sports and Activity Days at Rosenfelder Strand on the Baltic Sea. Later on this year, Spain’s oldest naturist resort at Costa Natura will provide the venue for two major European events: the meeting of EuNat 3-5 October, followed by the week long Southern European Naturist Gathering.
In other articles, Héctor Martínez (INF-FNI, external communications officer) reports on his initiatives to bring naturism into the open. He describes the impact of Día al Desnudo (Day in the Nude) in Mexico, a public event designed to make nudity accessible and unremarkable. In another article with a Mexican-focus, we learn about the challenges facing organisers of the annual Zipolite Nudist festival, now in its 10th year. Finally, there is a report from Ronaturism, Romania’s first official naturist advocacy group, about a passionate battle for recognition and legitimacy.
