Swim at Wigton Baths.
Please note: Visitors will be asked to show Photo I.D once for all future Wigton swims.
This Swim will repeat on the 2nd Saturday of each month!
Time 14.00-16.00. Only £5 per person (subject to change). The swim is a once Monthly event.
Following the second successful GBSD at Wigton baths, the management have agreed to making this a permanent monthly swim starting from January.
Your support would be much appreciated.
Directions
Follow the B5305 into Wigton turning right at the BP garage/T-Junction. Still on the B5305
at the large Fountain/T-Junction turn right onto B5302 (King St). After the Throstle's Nest pub on the left,
take the 2nd right turn, follow this single track road over the small bridge left, then over the hill to the Baths.

An exciting opportunity to attend a Naked Yoga Foundation Workshop in Covent Garden North London with Annette from Naked Yoga London.
An opportunity to immerse yourself more fully into the practice we cover on the Foundation Course. If you would like to revisit, refresh, go deeper into or simply luxuriate in the foundational practice of the Dynamic Yoga Method then this workshop is for you.
It is also a great opportunity for those new to yoga who are unable to attend the Foundation Courses in London, and is advisable to anyone who hasn't done the Foundation Course and would like to attend more workshops in the Brighton Series.
Suitable for those new to yoga and also more experienced practitioners.
Annette is a renowned teacher and her classes are taught in the Dynamic Yoga Method. This practice comes from a point of non-duality, embracing the whole, both spiritual and the sensual. It is based on sensitivity, honesty and openness to what is actually happening, respecting and responding to the body's innate intelligence.

The Chesterfield Swim takes place at Princes Sports Club (formerly the Manor Sports Club), Old Road,
Brampton, Chesterfield S40 3QT.
Access is along a tree lined driveway from Old Road - watch out for the speed bumps!
The facilities include an 18 metre swimming pool, a sauna, hot tub and steam room.
Admission is £7 with children only admitted as part of a family group.
