Event details

British Naturism Vision Workshop Day – ‘Coming Together to explore opportunities at local and regional levels.’

Saturday April 6th at Ashdene Club in West Yorkshire. 10:00am to 4:00pm (times TBC)
This will be a robust (two way) interchange of aspirations, ideas, issues and sharing of solutions with the aims of establishing networks, enthusing & empowering local initiatives and transferring good practice.

It is aimed to appeal to anyone who is a leader, organiser or key volunteer (or wishes to be one, or just wants to listen).

Many such people are involved in the BN Regions or organise within their club, we hope to engage this experience into the broader UK naturist network in order to expand and sustain the great progress that is happening.

This is all about optimising physical and people resources, coming together effectively, empowering volunteers and broadening engagement both inside and outside of organised Naturism.

You are strongly encouraged to book to attend and be a key part of the British Naturism’s success story!

‘Facilitating the next step’: Strengthening unity is essential to maintain our positive journey.

The day will run as a structured discussion workshop, it will address a range of issues, such as the following:
-    UK Naturism today and influencing its evolution.
-    Sharing innovative local success stories.
-    Share your new ideas and initiatives.
-    Creating grassroots activity and events.
-    What do the Regions, Clubs and Members need from BN
-    Facilitating volunteering of skills.
-    Networking together and optimising available resources.

Tickets must be booked in advance at https://www.bnevents.co.uk/agm - Tickets are FREE or £5.00 including lunch (lunch must be booked in advance)

Camping/caravan/motorhome accommodation is available at Ashdene on both the Friday and Saturday nights. Enquiries about staying over should be directed to yorkshirerep@bn.org.uk, rather than Ashdene itself for this event.

This event replaces the BN National Convention and is initially targeting Northern and Midlands England, especially YEM and NW Regions.

However, it is open to ALL BN Members and (also) BN Club members. It is hoped to run further events for southern England, SANER and Wales. (TBA)
