Would you "Dare to Bare" in order to raise funds for charity? Take part in one of the follow "Skinny Dip" events and help to raise money for a worthy charity.
The following list of events have been selected because they are raising funds for various charities. These events are part of the "Great British Skinny Dip" which runs throughout the month of September 2017. Please refer to the GBSD web site for background information as well as details of other events in this season. Circuits style exercise class, using mainly body weight exercises. Team games and partner work will be incorporated, as well as own individual 'best effort'. Sessions will be adapted to suit all levels of fitness and will be fun and varied. The focus is on encouraging interaction within the class as well as delivering a challenging and achievable, full body workout.
Please bring a sweat towel and a bottle of water. Mats are provided.
This is a nudist activity, although women may choose to wear a sports bra for comfort.
£8 per person
Attendance is by pre-registration only, as spaces are limited.

Photographic ID will be required.
All participants will complete a health and fitness questionnaire prior to participation.

Reading Naturist Group are a small but very friendly naturist swimming club who welcome all genuine naturists – singles and couples, experienced naturists and first-timers, over the age of 18. The normal cost for a swim is £5.50 for non-members.
