Naturist meditation, yoga and wellbeing day retreat

Balancing mind and body to find inner peace and a sense of belonging and connection in the present moment.
Come and join our meditation, yoga and wellbeing day retreat, all welcome.
We have experienced teachers, Andrew, Georgia, Tor and Katherine, all facilitators from the British Naturism Naked Fitness Online sessions. They will be working with you, offering a variety of practices suitable for beginners, intermediates and advanced alike.
Swimming pool, hot tub all club facilities will be available throughout the retreat. Sauna will be available on the Friday evening, and available with request on Saturday.

Please note: This planned timetable is subject to change depending on various factors such as weather, number of participants and whether we can run sessions in parallel. Please check on the day for confirmed times.
9.30am Arrivals

Contribution for the events:
Day: £24 pp includes LSAS day pass.
Weekend: £10 pp plus a camping fee (see lsas.org.uk for details).

A clothing optional 3-mile circular Naked Heart Walk around the beautiful gardens of Powderham Castle Estate in DevonA clothing optional 3-mile circular Naked Heart Walk around the beautiful gardens of Powderham Castle Estate in Devon to raise funds for The British Heart Foundation. The walk can be rather challenging in places so a less challenging shorter option is available. Stout footwear is advisable.

All participants will receive:
• A BHF medal at the end of the walk.
• A fundraising pack and regular emails to keep on track.
• Full support from the British Heart Foundation to help reach your target.
• A bottle of water & snack.
• The option to purchase an afternoon tea for the amazing price of £12.50 each. This includes: finger sandwiches; cake selection, scones, cream & jam, tea or coffee. (Vegetarian, Vegan and Gluten free alternatives can be arranged upon request.) As part of the afternoon tea, there is a further option to purchase a prosecco for a £5 upgrade.
This event promises to be an exhilarating experience with fun in the sun (hopefully), strolling around amazing Castle gardens, whilst also raising cash for The British Heart Foundation in the process. The Chester Swim - A Weekly Naturist Swim at the Northgate Arena.
We are a friendly Club who meet up every weekend to swim and socialise. Our membership is comprised of couples and singles, and we welcome all genuine naturists who wish to visit.

We meet every Saturday evening at the Northgate Arena in the city of Chester, 6.15pm until 8pm in the pool. The Club has excellent facilities and ample FREE parking.
We have excellent facilities with the main leisure pool, water slide, and also the sauna and steam room located at the side of the pool.
The pool is ideal for children and non-swimmers as it has a beach end, which allows you to paddle up to a depth that you are comfortable with, right up to the diving end of the pool at just over 3 metres deep. The pool is also ideal for disabled people.
The sauna and steam room are next to the pool. There are also tables and chairs by the poolside which provide an ideal place for a chat with friends.
Lane swimming across the width of the pool is popular with some of our 'serious swimmer' members. The 70m flume is a popular feature of the Northgate pool. The deep end of the pool goes to a depth of 3 metres.

When you book, you also need to pay your £6.50. Swims take place on 1st & 3rd Saturday of the month. This is an open invitation, regardless of age or ability, to swim naturally in your local indoor complex with pool and flume, children’s pool, sauna, jacuzzi. Unfortunately the poolside cafe has now closed.
