Thanks to Anita, Brian, Paul, Mark B, Andrew D and Gill who helped and supported BN today. It was a great day and lots of people stopped by the stand and many smiles on the parade. Shame we didn’t have many volunteers promoting BN. Want to get involved in the future with some micro-volunteering why not check out the BN Volunteering pages.
** COME AND SUPPORT BN AND PRIDE HOWEVER YOU IDENTIFY WE’D LOVE TO SEE YOU ***
Countdown timer
The Yorkshire and East Midlands Region will be attending the Doncaster Pride. We are working with BN and will be entering the parade and having a stand in the field.
I’ve just read the Doncaster Pride website and can confirm the following information:
Start to gather from 10.00am, the parade will depart from Duke Street at 10.30am. We'll turn right onto St Sepulchre Gate, passing the Frenchgate Centre then turning right onto High Street. We'll progress straight onto Hall Gate, down South Parade and continue down Bennettorpe. Pedestrians will turn left at the corner of Prosec and enter Town Field to disperse and walk to the UK Pride Doncaster entrance. Vehicles will continue alone Bennettorpe turn right onto Roman Road and disperse. This is very exciting as this year Doncaster Pride has been selected to be the UK Pride event.
Would you like to be in the parade (we will put in a walking float), costumes to be decided or help out on the stall?
If you are coming please let me know either in a comment below, via direct message or email, thanks.
Signing up for some volunteering at the event could tick of one of the challenges for volunteering as part of BN’s 60 challenge.

We are a friendly Club who meet up every weekend to swim and socialise. Our membership is comprised of couples and singles, and we welcome all genuine naturists who wish to visit.
Please note the prices from the 1st of March 2024 are as follows:
£10 Member Single
£16 Member Couple
£14 Visitor Single
£20 Visitor Couple
We meet every Saturday evening at the Northgate Arena in the city of Chester, 6.15pm until 8pm in the pool. The Club has excellent facilities and ample FREE parking.
We have excellent facilities with the main leisure pool, water slide, and also the sauna and steam room located at the side of the pool.
The pool is ideal for children and non-swimmers as it has a beach end, which allows you to paddle up to a depth that you are comfortable with, right up to the diving end of the pool at just over 3 metres deep. The pool is also ideal for disabled people.
The sauna and steam room are next to the pool. There are also tables and chairs by the poolside which provide an ideal place for a chat with friends.
Lane swimming across the width of the pool is popular with some of our 'serious swimmer' members. The 70m flume is a popular feature of the Northgate pool. The deep end of the pool goes to a depth of 3 metres.
