beach day at monknash. meet in the farmers car park at the end of the lane passed the plough and harrow pub (http://www.coolplaces.co.uk/places/uk/wales/vale-of-glamorgan/8304-the-plough-and-harrow) approx 10am, walk to the beach approx 10 30. returning to the plough and harrow later in the afternoon for refreshments
