This meeting is open to all BN members in the London and South East Region. It will be held online via Zoom
A chance to meet and discuss what's been happening and what is planned for events in our region. Get an update on the regional team and vacancies open for volunteers to apply for to support activities in the area. This is your opportunity to influence the direction and activities of the team and what to plan for the future.

Swim cancelled on Sunday 3rd March 2024 due to pool maintenance. Return as normal on 10th March
Noah's Ark Swim is located in Ruxley Lane, Ewell, Surrey. We swim every Sunday from 4:15pm to 6:00pm (building locked at 6:15pm) (what3words stow.risky.loops)
The price for a swim is £10.00 per person. If you wish to come along, please call Jon on 07883 002 251 during the week prior to your first visit. We offer a range of extra activities over the weeks, including Yoga, Pilates and life drawing. Please note that the previous requirement for vaccinations against Covid is no longer needed but please do not attend if unwell.
