Autumn Meeting Eastern Region

The Eastern Region autumn meeting will be held at Oakwood Sun Club.

The meeting will start at 11:00 and normally finishes about lunchtime. Lunch will be provided. After lunch we usually have time for informal discussions and to allow members to discover the many delights of this club.

All members of BN within the Eastern Region are welcome (ER1 or ER2 on your membership card) as well as representatives of all members clubs. Each member carries an individual vote and each club also carries one vote. Please bring your BN card.

Paperwork will be sent out (by e-mail usually) before the meeting. Please advise the secretary (easternsecretary@bn.org.uk) at least one week before the meeting if you intend to come so we can get the catering sorted out. Details of the menu will be added nearer the time.
