Eastern Region Autumn Meeting
Our autumn meeting will be held at Arcadians of Greenglades, Greenglades, Blind Lane, Billericay, Essex CM12 9SN. It will be on Sunday 4th September at 11:00am. This meeting is open to all Eastern Region members and all members of BN Eastern Region member clubs.
Usually the meeting is finished by 12:30 and the club will be offering lunch for £7.50, payable on the day. Choices are :-
Main.
Italian Chicken Bake served with new potatoes and fresh vegetables. OR
Feta, Spring Onion Spinach Frittata served cold with salad and potato salad.
Sweet.
Fruit Crumble OR Fresh Fruit Salad with ice cream or cream.
Tea and coffee.
Please confirm numbers and choice of dishes for lunch by 21st August to easternsecretary@bn.org.uk.
There will be an opportunity for an informal discussion following lunch, where we can further discuss what the aims of the region should be and for friends to catch up. Arcadians also invite us to use their facilities.
I would be grateful if you could confirm attendance by 21st August. Please respond to easternsecretary@bn.org.uk and use this same address for any reports to distribute or items for the Agenda.
In a change to previous years, club and committee reports will be attached to this event and not emailed out.
