Over the course of six episodes, two pairs of amateur survivalists per episode will “venture through Britain’s harshest wilderness with only a map to guide them,” says the production team. Stark naked, they’ll face bone-shakingly cold temperatures and icy swims – and, even worse, no phones or food – to try to claim the £5K prize. Along the way, they’ll overcome insecurities “whilst embracing their bodies in their most natural state.”
