Once again Morecambe Bay Naturist Club will welcome prospective members to Silverglades, free of charge, on the second Saturday of the month from March to October 2019. Just let us know you are coming via our Contact Page or send an email to the Secretary enquiries@mbnc.org.uk
Silverglades is our idyllic site, close to the beautiful village of Silverdale about 10 miles north of Lancaster and close to Morecambe Bay. It is an ideal place to lie in the sun, or maybe walk along our woodland trails. There are ten acres of natural woodland, the largest clearing beside the clubhouse is partly set aside as a wild flower meadow but the main lawn may be used for socialising, picnics or barbecue. Or you can relax in one of the secluded smaller clearings, where you may not see another person. If you want to stay longer, we can accept tents and medium sized caravans or campers (due to mild access restrictions), but cannot provide electrical hookups or piped water/waste.
A full year at Silverglades (from Apr to Mar) for a couple/family costs only £70 plus a one-off Joining Fee of £16, or £55 + £10 for singles, so it is great value!
Of course, you don 't have to wait until 2019 to visit, you can join before March 2019 for 50% of the full annual fee

The next meeting of the London and South Region will be held at Apollo Sun Club, Hurstpierpoint, West Sussex, BN6 9EZ on Saturday 12th October at 11 am.
The meeting is open to all BN members and club reps within the London and South East Region. This is an opportunity to take part in the discussion of future events.

I am excited to be able to host this third ‘clothes optional’ Women Only body positive and wellness activity and workshop day.
Created for all women regardless of whether you have some, none or much experience of Naturist events.
All activities and workshops are both included and optional - it’s your day so do as much or as little as you would like. Everything is for all levels of ability and experience.
Lunch and all day refreshments are also included.

On the day, you can choose to do some or all of the following:
- Yoga: A gentle and relaxing yoga session with Doria Yoga
- Life drawing: A chance to free your creativity with our Artist and Life model’s guidance and support. Includes the opportunity to model for those who would like to.
- Dance: A positive and uplifting dance workshop. Nothing to learn and no way of getting it wrong - guided by our fantastic workshop leader.
- Craft: An inspiring range of materials and plenty of inspiration provided for you to create your own pennant bunting flag or ‘pebble art’ creation.
- Naturist Information: We want to let you know about all the other fantastic naturist opportunities that are available.
- Film and Discussion: A short documentary film exploring nudity and body confidence. This will be followed by a discussion group.
- Social Space: A great opportunity to meet new like- minded friends or perhaps catch up with old ones.
- Home Cooked Lunch: A delicious shared lunch. Vegetarian, Vegan, Nut and Gluten free diets are always catered for as standard. Just let us know about any other dietary requirements.
- Hot & Cold drinks and Refreshments: Available on arrival and throughout the day. As we believe life is all about balance - there will be both cake and also fresh fruits. Tea, coffee and cold drinks too.

Swim at Wigton Baths.
Please note: Visitors will be asked to show Photo I.D and proof of home address once for all future Wigton swims.
This Swim will repeat on the 2nd Saturday of each month!
Time 14.00-16.00. Only £5 per person (subject to change). The swim is a once Monthly event.
Following the second successful GBSD at Wigton baths, the management have agreed to making this a permanent monthly swim starting from January.

Follow the B5305 into Wigton turning right at the BP garage/T-Junction. Still on the B5305
at the large Fountain/T-Junction turn right onto B5302 (King St). After the Throstle's Nest pub on the left,
take the 2nd right turn, follow this single track road over the small bridge left, then over the hill to the Baths.

British Naturism is pleased to announce that naturist swimming is back at this popular family venue. This family swimming centre has flumes for the thrill seekers, pools for those who want to swim, sauna and steam rooms for relaxing. And there is Bickels Yard Cafe for food and drink.

The Chesterfield Swim takes place at Princes Sports Club (formerly the Manor Sports Club), Old Road,
Brampton, Chesterfield S40 3QT.
Access is along a tree lined driveway from Old Road - watch out for the speed bumps!
The facilities include an 18 metre swimming pool, a sauna, hot tub and steam room.
Admission is £7

We are a friendly Club who meet up every weekend to swim and socialise. Our membership is comprised of families, couples and singles, and we welcome all genuine naturists who wish to visit.
We meet every Saturday evening at the Northgate Arena in the city of Chester, 7.15pm until 8.45pm in the pool. The Club has excellent facilities and ample FREE parking.
We have excellent facilities with the main leisure pool, water slide, and also the sauna and steam room located at the side of the pool.
The pool is ideal for children and non-swimmers as it has a beach end, which allows you to paddle up to a depth that you are comfortable with, right up to the diving end of the pool at just over 3 metres deep. The pool is also ideal for disabled people.
The sauna and steam room are next to the pool. There are also tables and chairs by the poolside which provide an ideal place for a chat with friends.
Lane swimming across the width of the pool is popular with some of our 'serious swimmer' members. The 70m flume is a popular feature of the Northgate pool. The deep end of the pool goes to a depth of 3 metres.
