This event began 04/01/24 and repeats every week on Thursday until 19/12/24

We’re a friendly, welcoming, diverse, and male only naturist swim that's on every Thursday just outside Manchester city centre. Started as event hosted by gay men for gay men, we now welcome all men, regardless of sexuality or difference. If you’re over 18 and can swim, you’re welcome to join us.

Arcadia Library & Leisure Centre, Yew Tree Avenue, Manchester, M19 3PH.

Arrival Time: 6:45pm – 7:15pm
Swim Time: 7:00pm – 8:30pm

Admission is £5, paid contactless only.

Once inside Arcadia, walk straight past reception (which is on the left), until you get to the blue wall with the white lettering MANCHESTER ALIVE WITH SPORT. That’s where the group will meet you, introduce themselves and take payment; don’t pay at reception. Bring a £1 coin or trolley token for a locker.

For all the information you'll need to know about the swim, please refer to the FAQs page on our website.

Occasionally, the swim is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. When this happens, we’ll announce it at the top of the homepage of our website as soon as we know ourselves.

We’ve also created a WhatsApp Swim Community to announce to as many attendees as possible when the swim is cancelled to prevent wasted journeys. The link to join it is below. Please note that your mobile number may be publicly visible to all other members of the community, depending on your WhatsApp privacy settings.

Our swim is for all men to skinny dip and socialise in a safe space. It’s not there for any type of inappropriate behaviour, and such behaviour will not be tolerated.
